Payment methods

Attention: If you have installed Kaspersky security software with the “Secure Payment” function, you may experience problems with payments via PayPal and Stripe (credit card, instant, Giropay and iDeal). This is due to the fact that Kaspersky’s “secure payment transactions” do not take effect until the appropriate payment method has been selected at the checkout. This will open a new browser window and the communication with the shop will be cancelled. To avoid this, you need to add our shop address https://www.dinegurumi.com to the “Secure Payments” settings in Kaspersky Preferences. Unfortunately, Kasperksy does not point this out. The entire website has been designed with security in mind. All confidential data will of course be transmitted encrypted. You can choose between the following payment methods:

 Credit card

We accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you choose to pay by credit card, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Credit card payments are processed in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. “(“Stripe”) to which the provider assigns his payment claim. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. collects the invoice amount from the customer’s credit card account. In the event of assignment, payment can only be made to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. with discharging effect. The debit of the credit card takes place immediately after dispatch of the customer order in the online shop. Even if the payment method credit card payment via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. is selected, the provider remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, declarations of revocation and returns or credit notes.

 Giropay

Giropay is the direct transfer method used by parts of the German banking industry. This requires a current account with one of the credit institutions participating in giropay that has been activated for online banking (here you can check whether your bank is included). When this payment method is selected, a secure connection to the bank is automatically established during the ordering process. All personal bank details (bank account, PIN and TAN) are entered directly on the bank’s website. After a successful transaction the order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Payment with Giropay is processed in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. “(“Stripe”), to which the provider assigns his payment claim. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. collects the invoice amount from the bank account indicated by the customer. In the event of assignment, payment can only be made to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. with the effect of discharging the debt. Even if the payment method Giropay via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. is selected, the provider remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, declarations of revocation and revocation or credit notes.

 iDeal (only for customers in the Netherlands)

To use iDEAL, you must have a billing address in the Netherlands and an account with online access at a Dutch bank. Payment can be made conveniently via online banking. As a rule, all major banks in the Netherlands support this payment method. Payment is made quickly and easily using the secure payment form. After successful registration, the associated bank guides you through the payment process. All important purchase data from the shopping cart is transferred to the transfer. This eliminates the need to fill out an online form, which is prone to errors. The purchase only needs to be confirmed with a currently generated TAN.

 PayPal

PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay quickly, securely and conveniently in online shops. If you pay with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account, link your bank account or credit card with your PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Payment is usually received within a few minutes and your order can be processed and shipped immediately.

 Direct bank transfer (payment in advance)

Transfer the total amount in € under indication of the order number to our bank account. Our bank details will be shown to you directly after the purchase and additionally with the order confirmation by email. The processing by the bank can take some days and costs outside of Germany additional fees, for which we do not pay.

For all payment methods: After received payment the downloads will be automatically (for payment in advance manually) and directly activated in your account and/or you will get an email with links to the ordered digital products.
